Post Pilot provides AI-powered content planning and generation services delivered through the website. Our service is a subscription-based SaaS platform that enables creators, marketers, and small teams to plan, generate, and schedule social media content.

Available Plans:

• Free Plan: 10 AI generations per month, 1 workspace, calendar view
• Starter Plan: 100 AI generations per month, 1 workspace, hashtag & caption tools, content calendar
• Creator Plan: 500 AI generations per month, 3 workspaces, all platforms & content types, bulk generation
• Pro Plan: 2,000 AI generations per month, 10 workspaces, brand voice memory, analytics exports
• Agency Plan: Unlimited AI generations, 50 workspaces, team seats, dedicated success manager

All plans include access to our AI content planner, content calendar, and scheduling features. Content is generated immediately upon request and delivered through the platform interface. Results depend on input quality and platform availability. We do not guarantee specific engagement metrics or viral outcomes.

3. Payment Terms

Post Pilot offers subscription-based pricing with recurring monthly billing. Paid plans renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

• Receipts are issued to your registered email after each billing cycle
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; no refunds for partial months

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products and services, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
